The cost of your tour will be based on the fees recommended by the British Guild of Tourist Guides. We will agree all costs in advance of your tour. However, please note all costs related to entrance fees, refreshments and similar will have to be met by you.

Please enquire as early as possible to ensure the date of your choice is available, and then make a firm booking with us.  Let us know your overall aims and itinerary for your trip. All bookings must be confirmed by email and a deposit received by us, with the balance payable 14 days before the tour.

The procedure is - you accept the quoted price and conditions that will apply to cancellation and other circumstances. We will send you an invoice showing the amount due.

Payment of the deposit and balance can be made by:

  • Credit or debit card
  • Direct transfer from your bank account  (please ask us for bank account details)
